Greg and Misty have lived in the Reno area since
they both attended the University of Nevada, where they met and
were married. While remaining active as Christian leaders in
their local church, they enjoyed successful careers as a police
officer and professional singer. They have been married for
over twenty years and have three sons. They now serve full time
as pastors of Milestone Church and are passionate about building
with and serving the people of the Reno area.

Family Info: We've been
married since 1986. We have three gorgeous boys: Kyle, a
sophomore at UNR; Cody, a junior at McQueen High School; and
Gregory II, who is in sixth grade.
Educational/Ministry
Experience: Greg—Bachelor of Education from the University
of Nevada at Reno, with a minor in Biology. Campus Pastor from
'85-'87. Lay minister in men's ministry, campus ministry, youth
ministry and marriage ministry from '87-'03. Misty—On church
staff since 1994 as a music director, worship leader and special
events coordinator. She has been singing professionally since
she was a pre-teen and has led worship all over the world. Greg
and Misty are both graduates of the Every Nation School of
Church Planting and Pastoral Ministry.

What would surprise people to
know about you? Greg—I was a S.W.A.T. Cop for 15 years, and
I'm a huge crybaby when it comes to my kids. Misty—I have a very
high IQ and I read more than 500 words per minute. I also have
clinical road-rage (don’t blame me, it’s a disease).
Biggest Fear: Greg—a baby
shower. Misty—That Jeff Bramstedt, a Navy Seal friend of ours,
would throw me out of an airplane…
Least liked word: Greg—ok,
dad (the ensuing response, "Do I look like my name is 'O.K.'?
Whatever happened to 'yes sir'?"). Misty—I can't.
Hobbies: Greg—Dinner dates
with my wife, watching my sons in action, downhill mountain
